§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to the use of the FOX EXPORTS community platform (demo) and all related import/export services.

§ 2 Services

FOX EXPORTS provides a structured platform for deals, tickets, logistics, and invoicing. The specific scope is defined in the current server documentation.

§ 3 User Obligations

• Document serial numbers before shipping
• One ticket per deal
• Do not share private data of other members
• Comply with all shipping and invoicing rules

§ 4 Liability

FOX EXPORTS is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For dropshipping, transport risk lies with the member until goods are received (sample).

§ 5 Termination

Access may be revoked without notice for rule violations under the 5-strike system.

§ 6 Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin (sample).
